Henry D. Fahman
Mr. Fahman has more than 30 years experience in general management, finance, investments and corporate strategy. He holds a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in finance and economic analysis and policy, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP166) from Harvard Business School. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Creating Corporate Advantage, Corporate Strategy, and Advanced General Management.
Previously, Mr. Fahman served as Chairman and President of Providential Securities, Inc., a securities brokerage, investment banking and asset management firm in Southern California; as Branch Manager for The Investment Center, Inc., a New Jersey-based securities brokerage firm; and as an investment banker and broker with A. G. Edwards & Sons and Livingston Securities, Inc. Mr. Fahman held all the principal licenses required in the U.S. securities brokerage and investment banking industry such as Series 7, Series 24, Series 4, Series 27, Series 53, Series 63, Series 65 (Registered Investment Advisor) Series 3 (National Commodity Futures Examination), and Insurance Broker License. Mr. Fahman is an expert in reverse mergers and has assisted many companies with their stock listings in the U.S. and European stock markets.
Tam T. Bui
Mr. Bui has served as Chief Technology Officer and intermittently Chief Operating Officer of PHI Group, Inc. since 2002. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Minnesota and has attended continuing Education at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has over 25 years of experience with Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Inc. and TRW in various capacities such as Project Director, Department Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager. One of Mr. Bui's major responsibilities has been the construction of dual Emergency Command Control Communication (ECCC) centers and implementation of the Los Angeles Police Department ECCC Systems.
He has broad knowledge and extensive experience in the areas of operations, project management, information technology, human resource management, and change management. Previously, he served on the board of directors of Nettel Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Bui holds a California real estate broker license and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies. Mr. Bui also held several principal securities licenses in the U.S.
Holding a B.A. from University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and an MBA, Mr. Truong has served as a Project Officer for the Directorate of Supply Management at Canadian National Defense Headquarters; Logistics Officer at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt; Special Investigator for the Coordinated Law Enforcement Unit and the Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia, and as a Strategic Analyst for the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit.
Mr. Truong brings to the Company a wealth of management experience in the areas of operation, finance, general management, research and analysis, policy development and investigation. While serving as a Logistics Officer he was responsible for the Systems Control Section, composed of customer services and accounts, data management, procurement, and supply. He also coordinated, liaised and provided logistical support to operational and administrative military units at national and international level, including Canadian Armed Forces’ United Nations (UN) tasking.
Hoang D. Vo
Graduated from the University of Washington, U.S.A., with a major in Business Management and Marketing, Hoang was a Marketing Manager for British Petroleum for more than 10 years in Southeast Asia.
He has been instrumental in advising numerous complex state-owned and private projects in Vietnam and providing their owners and sponsors with optimum solutions that have proven to save costs and time.
Hoang is also an expert in retail and consumer marketing who can combine theoretical underpinnings and local market realism to devise winning sales and marketing strategies for numerous products in the Southeast Asian markets.
Tina T. Phan
Director of Operations
Holding a B.S. in management information systems from California State University, Los Angeles, Mrs. Phan served as Vice President of Operations for Providential Securities, Inc., an investment banking, securities brokerage and asset management firm in Southern California from 1992 to 2000. Mrs. Phan also served as a member of the Board of Directors of PHI Group, Inc. from January 2000 to April 2009.
Mrs. Phan held principal securities licenses in general securities, financial and operations, and options (Series 7, 24, 27, and 4) and was responsible for the operations of Providential Securities.
